CANCELLED DUE TO FORECAST OF THE WEATHER
Meet at Emerson Point Park (Palmetto) at 9:30 a.m. We will launch by 10:00 a.m. to circumnavigate Snead Island (Emerson Point Park). Participants should be comfortable in open water and capable of paddling 8 miles.
What to Bring: Lunch, water, sunscreen, and a kayak cart if you have one. Limited to kayaks 16 ft. or longer with waterproof hatches. Please be sure to register on web site or RSVP to contact, preferably by email, for directions to the launch site. The launch site will be selected based on the number of participants.
Difficulty: Level II. Intermediate, due to distance of up to 8 miles.
