Come to training at the February picnic and learn how to efficiently perform the forward stroke. We will be breaking down the stroke into its components and demonstrating how each component flows into each other. Become a more efficient paddler while using less energy.
Meet at screened pavilion next to parking lot. Hamburgers & vegiburgers will be provided by the club. Please bring a dish to share. All paddlers bring water, hat, sunscreen. Also, dress appropriately for the weather in "peelable" layers. If the weather looks iffy, check our web site (www.tbsk.club) to see whether the picnic will be cancelled. (We’ll send an email too, but we know sometimes emails can get delayed.)
