Get the boat wet for a tour of Cooper Bayou, near Safety Harbor. Arrive by 12:30 for a 1:00 launch. Starting at Coopers Bayou Park, (709 Bayshore Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33759) we’ll wander Cooper Bayou then pass through the mangroves into Old Tampa Bay and follow the shore around Cooper Point, then back to the Park. Leisurely pace, any boat, just keep up with the group. Under 4 miles.
Protected waters though the stretch around Cooper Point maybe not so much, could get windy/choppy there.
Tides: Low 9:13am, High 4:10pm
