Meet Al Tillson at Stonehenge near the Pinellas side of Gandy Bridge at 12:30 PM for an 1:00 launch on Wednesday March 20th for a paddle north toward the Howard Franklin. We’ll be close to shore some but not all of the time. The later launch time will get us a better tide level, and we can explore some mangrove areas, possibly including a quarter mile long tunnel. About 3-4 hours at a leisurely pace with a stop along the way for lunch/snack. If there’s interest we can stop somewhere for a light meal after the paddle. Optional Druid rituals on the beach for those who linger later. Details on launch site will be sent to those who RSVP on club website or with Al Tillson (altillson@yahoo.com or 813-832-3961).
