Class Description: The class will focus on the how use the Body- Boat- and the Blade to paddle efficiently and effectively. We customize the class to suit the needs of our students.
'Challenge by Choice' means you participate according to your comfort level.
Equipment and What to bring: Kayaks with bulkheads, PFD, sprayskirt if you have one, face mask, nose plugs, retainers for glasses, hat, sunscreen, water, snacks.
