Circumnavigate Honeymoon Island (Level III)

Meet at 10am for a 10:30 launch at the standard Honeymoon Causeway point (just west of Sail Honeymoon). Conditions will influence a clock or counterclock route. Depending on conditions and group motivation we may cross over to Three Rookers.
For half the trip we'll be out in the Gulf where wave action can be significant. A brisk pace is expected. Sea kayaks need to be at least 15 ft with spray skirts. We'll stop for a lunch/stretch. About 8 miles. Level III due to brisk speed, distance, going in challenging conditions.
