Coopers Bayou to Philippe Park - Level 1+ (+ due to distance)

We'll launch from Cooper's Bayou Park and head north past the Safety Harbor Marina to Philippe Park, near Philippe Point beach. Take a relaxing break before heading back to Cooper via a mangrove trail.
Let's meet at 9:30 for a 10am launch. Anticipate return around 1p. Listing this as Level 1+ due to distance of over 6 miles and potentially bumpy in the Bay. Prefer 14+ foot kayaks with bulkheads (for floatation) and a sprayskirt. Contact me if you have something else in mind.
Current forecast is sunny 79 with light winds (N 7mph). Low tide (1.5ft) is at 6:44a, high (2.2 ft) at 11:48a.
Cooper's Park doesn't have bathrooms but we can stop at the Marina enroute. Bathrooms are also a few hundred yards from Picnic Point. The launch area is a somewhat rough narrow pathway to the water. Early am there should be adequate parking. No admission fee park.
