Circumnavigate Honeymoon Island - Level 2
Moved to Wednesday due to the high wind forecast on Thursday

Launching from the Dunedin Causeway (just nw of High&Dry Grill) we'll go out Hurricane Pass and do the clockwise route around Honeymoon. One or two casual stretch/snack breaks along the way.
Let's gather at 9:30 so we can launch by 10. Parking is free and should be readily available (trailers ok). Bathrooms. Trip distance just over 8 miles but if conditions/motivated allow we might cross over to Rooker which adds another mile. Estimate return by 1:30.
High tide (2.3 ft) at 5:23a, low tide (0.72 Ft) at 1:04p
Level 2 trip going out Hurricane Pass and into the Gulf so your kayak should be 16+ ft with floatation (bulkheads), sprayskirt (which assumes you are practiced at wet exits), no inflatable pfd's. Expect a bumpy ride. Pace will be brisk. Not a race but..brisk. Bring sun protection, hydration and snack.
