Upper Tampa Bay - Level 1+

Let's meet for what should be an easy outing(?) in the fairly well-protected area of Upper Tampa Bay. Winding river through a mile of mangroves before popping out for a view of the Bay. Then head left toward the Rocky Creek outlet where we'll stop on the beach for a break before returning. Have a + on the level 1 rating due to a distance of around 6 miles.
Meet at 10 for a 10:30 launch at the east end of State Street (left off of Double Branch Rd at the north end of Upper Tampa Bay Park). GPS to 12102 State St, Tampa works.
Low tide is 0.7ft @5:48a and high is 1.7ft @11:44a (yes, this is shallow water). Current forecast is for partly cloudy, high 64, winds 12mph NNE
Most any watercraft will work though wider/shorter usually has a challenge keeping up. Quite a few oyster beds so as usual wear good footwear.
After the paddle let's gather for a beverage, etc at the nearby Whiskey Wings on Tampa Rd.
