RECREATIONAL/LEVEL 1 -- LIMIT 9 PADDLERS
Meet Al Tillson at 9AM for a 9:30 launch at the launch near picnic shelter # 5 at War Veterans' Memorial Park. We'll paddle at a leisurely pace for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, maybe stop for a quick dip, and be back in time for the picnic at noon. Any seaworthy boat is fine. Noting that there is an active kayak rental at the War Memorial Park. If you are interested in renting a kayak that could be an option and why we are keeping the event at the recreational level.
