Launch by 10:00am

Return around noon

Note: Parking is limited, be prepared to unload and park on 1st street if needed.

Please stop at a restroom facility prior to arriving. There are no restrooms at the launch site.

Restrooms will be available along the way (at Flora Wylie or Spa Beach)

We will paddle from Coffee Pot Bayou - pass beautiful homes and a bird sanctuary as we approach Tampa Bay and head south toward Spa Beach at the St. Pete Pier.

A leisurely paddle at 2-3 mph with a break in between. 4-5 miles total.

Requirements: Sit-in kayaks min 12 feet with bulkheads or interior flotation. sit-on tops 12 feet or longer, or SUPs welcomed. Paddling ability of min 2 mph. PFD must be worn with a whistle.Bring plenty of water and a snack. Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and a big smile are highly recommended. Optional to bring a dry bag to collect trash we may paddle by along the way. We can dump it by Flora Wylie or Spa Beach.
